The Saddle 7 Bariatric Cushion features 2 layers of high resiliency foam that provides increased comfort and decreases the probability of pressure sores. The coccyx cut out of the Comfort Company Saddle 7 Bariatric Cushion helps relieve pressure and alleviate ulcers, while the radius bottom provides a versatile surface for wheelchairs and other flat seating surfaces as well as non-flat seating surfaces such as slings. The Comfort Company Saddle 7 Bariatric Cushion has a 750 lb. weight capacity.
The Comfort Company Saddle 7 Bariatric Cushion includes a Solace fabric cover designed for pressure relief and comfort. The fabric's multi-dimensional stretch of the Saddle Cushion cover alleviates pressure on bony prominences and is soft to the touch. The Saddle 7 Bariatric Cushion Solace cover features anti-microbial fabric that is fluid proof and easily cleaned. The Comfort Company Saddle 7 Bariatric Cushion is also available with the Quadra3D Gel option. Thermoformed for a three-dimensional deep contour, the optional Quadra3D gel pack is the benchmark for comfort. The four chambered supple polyurethane bladder allows for greater contour of the seating surface to a user's body. Deep immersion into the gel pack of the Saddle Cushion provides significant distribution of weight and helps draw heat and moisture away.
