Stratasorb Island Dressing
Stratasorb Island Dressing Protects, Absorbs and Helps Keep Wounds Moist
Stratasorb Island Dressing has four distinct layers designed to cover all stages of wound care. Layer 1 of the Stratasorb Island Dressing is a non-adherent contact layer that protects the wound site and will not stick to granulating tissue. Stratasorb layer 2, a soft pad, absorbs drainage and exudate. Layer 3 of the Stratasorb Dressing is a non-woven backing with an adhesive border that securely holds the contact pad in place. Stratasorb layer 4, a semi-occlusive, polyurethane film, helps deter external contaminants and maintain an optimal wound environment. The rectangular shape of the Stratasorb Island Dressing is designed for post-op applications.
