This is a Roho high profile air cushion 21 inches by 21 inches and 4 inch fingers which can be approved by Medicare for patients with current or past history of posterior ulcerations due to long periods of sitting.It was in use on occassion for the last month prior to my father's passing when he was able to sit in his lift chair. Included is a cover for the cushion and the manual air pump that came with the cushion.
