The iFill personal oxygen homefill extracts purified oxygen from air in the room using standard oxygen concentrator technology. The DeVilbiss iFill oxygen home fill does not require the use of an oxygen concentrator and is the only stand alone oxygen homefill station on the market.

With the iFill Personal Oxygen Station from DeVilbiss you’ll never be dependent on home oxygen cylinder delivery schedules or fear running out of oxygen again. The DeVilbiss iFill Personal Oxygen Home Fill offers the flexibility to fill most oxygen cylinder sizes including M6, ML6, C, D and E. Oxygen cylinder tanks must be specially equipped to work on a homefill unit. Please choose the desired oxygen cylinder size from the product options. Oxygen cylinders can be refilled or topped off as often as needed.
The DeVilbiss iFill Personal Oxygen Station lets users fill their oxygen cylinders in just a little over an hour, unlike the two hours it can take with other oxygen home fill units. Shorter fill times save costs on time and energy. Partially filled oxygen cylinders can also be easily topped off and the DeVilbiss iFill Personal Oxygen Homefill automatically shuts off when filling is complete. The iFill Oxygen Home Fill does not require or need an oxygen concentrator but can still be used in conjunction with one.
How the DeVilbiss iFill Personal Oxygen Homefill Works
The DeVilbiss iFill Personal Oxygen Homefill uses a dual pressure head compressor to simultaneously power a pressure swing absorption oxygen generation system and a pneumatic pressure intensifier. It is designed to provide supplemental oxygen to fill portable cylinders for ambulatory use. Oxygen cylinders are attached to the iFill home fill unit with a coupler and cylinder nipple set. The application specific coupler helps to ensure that other oxygen cylinders cannot inadvertently be connected to the iFill system. The iFill Home Fill Oxygen System is designed to fill various sizes of portable oxygen cylinders. Oxygen cylinders are available with an integrated pulse dose oxygen conserving device or continuous flow regulator mounted on top. The DeVilbiss onboard Oxygen Sensing Device (DeVilbiss OSD®) monitors the oxygen concentration level to ensure that it remains within specification of 93% ± 3%.
