The Amputee Support from the Comfort Company allows users to be easily transferred in and out of a wheelchair within seconds. Designed to easily be installed on all popular wheelchairs in minutes, the Amputee Support provides users with a fully adjustable, swing away Amputee Support that will coincide with any wheelchair cushion. The new swing away design of the Comfort Company Amputee Support is ideal for quick and easy user transfers, while the rigid base is covered by a top layer of soft HR foam for added stability and comfort.
The Comfort Company Amputee Support is available in a variety of sizes. The Amputee Support can be ordered in a width from 8" - 12" as well as a length of either 10" or 14". The Amputee Support includes a Solace fabric cover designed for pressure relief and comfort. The fabric's multi-dimensional stretch of the Amputee Support cover alleviates pressure on bony prominences and is soft to the touch. The Amputee Support Solace cover features anti-microbial fabric that is fluid proof and easily cleaned.
